A new bike for a big boy!!

Whitten got his first bike!!
Michael and I were hoping that Santa would bring Whitten a bike for Christmas, but potty training in our house has been going on way too long. Last Friday, I told Whitten, "I bet if you go to the potty everytime in the potty, Daddy will take you to Walmart to get you a bike". 2 hours later Whitten told me he had to potty and he hasn't worn a diaper since!! Since the weather is getting cooler, it was well-worth getting him the bike early!! We have been outside everyday riding bikes and Whitten is one proud little fella!! He and Vaiden are already making ramps in the driveway!!

Edwards Dove Hunt

Every year we go to Lexington to visit our friends, the Edwards, on Labor Day Weekend. They have a dove hunt each year and Michael loves it!! The guys are all in the dove field hunting and the women are watching all the children playing. It really is one of my favorite times of the year!!

Ole Miss Game

We took Mary Katharine to the Grove for her first time. She was a happy camper until picture time!! The weather was beautiful and the boys had a blast playing with their buddies!! Even though Ole Miss played poorly, we had a great time!!

Up to trouble!!

Most children use sidewalk chalk to color on the concrete, but my two dirty boys prefer to color on each other!! Whitten thought this was hilarious!!

First day of MMO...

Whitten started MMO this past week. He loves school and his teacher!! Looking forward to a fun year!!

Brothers...

These two are such buddies!!!!

These pictures are from us cooking out on the deck one Saturday night. The boys had been outside playing all day...can't you tell!! Ha!! The weather was great and the food was even better.

Photo Shoot

When my mom was here last week, we had a little photo shoot with Mary Katharine. Mary Katharine looks so much like Vaiden and I think she just might have her Daddy's red hair!! The braclet she is wearing was my mom's baby braclet...so sweet!! Oh and the hat...well, it came from GAD (Great Aunt Dawn) and it is just too cute, so we had to dress her up in it!!

Meeting the Rebels

Michael and I took the boys to Meet the Rebel's a couple of weeks ago. There was a huge crowd so we only stood in one line to get the Offensive Linemen's autographs. The boys didn't mind much though, because they wanted to go play with their friends anyway. We are looking forward to a fun season!! Hotty Toddy!!
